What does the price include?

Room rate does not include taxes, fee and other services.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

In case you do not use the card to pay the reservation fee, you can contact the hotel directly to pay by bank transfer.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

After completing the booking on the Tulip Hotel Group website, you will receive a booking confirmation email from our system.

Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance?

A deposit fee will be required to pay to guarantee the guest's reservation.

Regulations on deposit fees:
-For far advanced booking: Deposit should be paid 70% of the total room rate before 07 days from booking date.
-For booking within 07 days: deposit should be paid 70% of the room rate within 24 hours of booking.
-For in-day booking: 100% deposit is required in 2 hours from the time of booking.
-For the holidays, please pay 100% of the room.

Cancellation policy

From 04 - 07 days: 100% of the room charge for the first night
Less than 03 days: 100% of the room rate of the booking.
No show: 100% of the room rate of the booking.
Holidays, Tet: Non refund, non cancellation, non amend.
